Hey everyone thank you for taking the time to read my question and l hope you answer! l am 12 and was wondering how l can get my Pilot is lisence. l live in Washington state so if anyone out there l would love for you to help me get it!!! Thank you all so much!

Basically you contact a flight school and you take lessons. You MUST take lessons from a real instructor (not just somebody who know how to fly).

The age limit is 17, but you can take your lesson sooner. You just cannot get your license before 17.

You can search for a local flight school here: https://beapilot.com/ once u find one, l would suggest that u go & take & introductory lesson. This will give u the basics of flight & u can usually gauge if u really want to pursue this. Once u have made that decision, l would suggest that u start taking lessons once every two months or so. You can not solo until u r 16 & can not get ur rating until u r 17, so u would not want to start too early. l started when l was 13 & that is the way l took my lessons early on.
