It was a private jet after all.
It was his choice to fly on his own and of course pay for the choice.
It never mentioned in the news that sting may have included all his bagage and other needed goods in the hold that in turn kept the manifest for this small plane to one person.
So who the hell cares, private jets mean just that, private.
If l can afford it then l would do it.
What about Mr and Mrs Rooney on there jaunt, nothing said there.

l agree. Many dont know this, but Al Gore flies in a private jet that eats up the fuel big time as well. These folks say 1 thing, and do another. l dont really care about them anyways. Good luck to them and let them be!

l used to fly peter morton, founder of the hard rock cafe, in his gulfstream three. the hard rock logo was on the tail complete with his motto, ''save the planet which was visible as we'd taxi in at aspen after a two hour flight from burbank burning about fifteen hundred gallons of jet A fuel with all of it is atmosphere poluting emission one way with just him on board. you see the powder on aspen mountain was just too good to pass up on those weekend jaunts.

The dude is got to get around fast. No time for airline b.s. Same goes for Al Gore. It is not hypocritical. You can not stop doing everything just to eliminate your ''carbon footprint.'' With that reasoning, we might as well all commit suicide so we do not hurt the ''precious earth.'' You want Gore to walk around the earth to give his speeches? Not sure what the question is - but l fly in a private jet all the time. It is a luxury that l cherish.
