my hover board has shell coverings,fuel tank,computer and directional system and hover fans

sounds like it is coming along u will need a compressor/motor & a inner & outer bladder a relief valve & some safety guards/ system

without the bags u will need a signiftley larger motor like a rotary or motorcycle engine capiable of some major rpm is to spin those counter acting blades & then a directional (rudder like) system under it for the directional controls

you may want to consider placing the engine in the middle between the two blades. This way u & the engine r in the center of the board for even weight distribution

Lift = Thrust - (Drag + Weight). l do not think it is getting off the ground unless you have some really serious power! If you could it would be so uncontrollable that you would make a nice crater in the ground!
