How is air speed in a glider measured? ?

you know those litle spinny things you see on yachts, the ones that cathch the wind to spin, well thats pretty much how. not the exact same but yeah

l am not trying to be smart here, but it is the same as an airplane. It uses a Pitot tube, which air comes into creating pressure. That pressure is then sent to an instrument in the cockpit called and airspeed indicator, which translates the electric current into something a pilot reads as airspeed.
