That is a difficult question, since there are so many different forms of computer assistance.

One could conceivably count trim tabs, since they remove part of the pilot is workload. And certainly autopilots count. Or perhaps INS-based navigation systems. Or perhaps flight management computers. It all depends on how you define computer assistance. In aviation, it has been a gradual progression.

Aside from the excellent answer about early autopilot systems (which are, effectively, analog computers), the earliest digital computer (software driven, fly by wire as we understand it today) were in the 60s and 70s'- Concorde, F-16, etc.

Many years ago the USAF was big on computers, really big ones; still is. They created an automatic intercept system for the F-102/106. l believe earlier models like the F-84/F-86/F-94 were used to prove the concept.
