IF you have enough money, just about anything can be sent by air, at least up to certain size and weight limitations. What are you looking for? There are thousands of individual items that can be sent. Please give us a bit more information.

It depends on the payload & the loading arrangements of the airplane. Many cargo planes have loading ramps under the tail (for example, the C-123 or the C-130) or clamshell cargo doors in the nose, rear fuselage, or both (for example, the C-5 Galaxy or the Antonov AN-225) or a tail or nose that swings to one side. These airplanes can carry bulkier objects, including an entire tractor-trailer truck or a couple of tanks.

Other cargo planes just have a loading door in the side. Earlier designs tend to be this way more often. Examples include the C-47, C-118, or C-54, or freight versions of popular airliners, including the 727, 737, & 747). These can carry large weight loadings, but r limited to what can be loaded in through the cargo doors. Most of these aircraft spend most of their time carrying boxes of merchandise on pallets, loaded by a high-rise fork lift truck or boom loader.

Large passenger aircraft carry an enormous amount of cargo. Just watch them load overseas flights up at any int'l airport and you will see.

If you can fit it through the door, than most likely we can take it. Obviously there are limitations to this but the biggest limitation is the size of the door.

you would be surprised at some of the stuff that goes on an aircraft, not necessarily just cargo planes, but combis as well horses, helicopters, whales, ive seen so many things loaded onto aircraft, nothing really surprises me anymore.
