Are they B-26 Marauder bombers or A-20 Havoc bombers?The photo quality makes it hard to tell for me...

Look like B-26 is to me :)

b-26 Marauders

odds are the attack airplane would not be flying in that kind of formation. and they look like the b26 to me.

If you notice the leftmost aircraft clearly has a top turret, you can see the gun barrels pointing to the left. (to the right of the airplane.)

Those are definitely A-20 Havoc Attack Bombers.

--The dihedral in the horizontal tail is more pronounced than it is in the B-26;

--the engine nacelles lack the two little air scoops at the upper corners that were characteristic of the B-26, and;

-- the fuselage is taller and narrower than that of the B-26.

Take a really close look, and compare with pictures of both types. You will see what l mean at once.

Those are A20s or possibly A26s. The ''A26'' was renamed ''B26'' in the early part of the Korean War-leading to no end of confusion for aviation historians.

A-20 Havoc's. No doubt at all.

Probably A-20G's, judging by the solid nose and rear turret.

A-20s. Single pilot and you can tell from the slope of the fuselage up toward the top. A B-26 is almost round and the A-26 (renamed B-26) is flatten on the top and bottom.
