My friend is a commercial pilot and l know that he started by firstly getting his private license in a cessna, then he had to get qualified for flying at night ( instruments only ) and totaled up x amount of hours, before he went on to a 26 seater twin propeller, working for an airline, he is acquiring his hours on this aircraft and plans to move next to non propeller aircraft, cost a lot of money initially, but worth it, good luck
