look in the YELLOW PAGES for flight school.... Maybe you do not have enough commonsense to operate a plane.
Seriously.

Do a search here, please. This question is asked about 3 times every single day.

And no, you're not going to get onto an air force base to do flight training unless you're an officer in the air force selected for flight training.

First off u need lots of cash for flight hours. Next u need to be enrolled in a private pilot flight theory ground school. Then after that u need to be able to consistently fly at least two to three times a week including ur Saturdays & Sundays. Go to faa.gov & also make sure u have Jeppesen & Gleim study manuals as well as the information manual for the aircraft u want to fly.

You will never get onto a military base unless u have a Dependant is ID let alone get to the flight line to touch an airplane. Find a local Fixed Base Operator to obtain flight training from & be serious as h-ll about it! Push yourself harder than ur instructor & study as much as u need until u randomly start thinking about FARs & flow checks for stalls, steep turns, slow flight, S-turns, & turns-around a-point.

You can get your hours with a Flight Instructor. When your instructor feels you meet the standards he can ''solo'' you. Once you meet the hours and are proficient, you can take the test for the actual certificate.

You will need to utilize a ''civilian'' flight school. The military clubs probably wo not allow you to take lessons unless you have a parent in the military.

You can receive a student pilots license at 16 (your medical certificate doubles as your license), and receive training and fly solo (if endorsed by a CFI), but cannot carry passengers. You have to wait until you are 17 before you can receive your private pilots license.
